Subscription Policy

VYTL offers subscription options so you can keep your routine stocked without reordering manually.

How subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save, your selected product or routine will be delivered automatically based on the frequency shown at checkout.
You will be charged automatically using the payment method you provide at checkout.
Subscription frequencies

Different VYTL products may have different delivery frequencies.
For example:

  • Collagen Powder may renew every 2 weeks
  • Gummies may renew every 4 weeks
  • Beauty + Collagen Strips may renew every 4 weeks
  • Monthly Routine subscriptions may renew every 4 weeks

Your exact subscription frequency will be shown before you complete checkout.
Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription through your VYTL customer account.
You can:

  • View your subscription
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

You can also access your subscription through the subscription management link in your VYTL subscription emails.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your VYTL customer account.
To cancel:

  1. Log in to your VYTL account
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future subscription orders.

Important cancellation timing
Please cancel or make changes before your next order is processed.
If an order has already been processed, packed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel that order. In that case, the cancellation will apply to future subscription orders.

Skipping or pausing
If you do not want to cancel completely, you may be able to skip your next order or pause your subscription instead.
Paused subscriptions will not renew until they are resumed.

Returns and refunds
Subscription orders follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Because VYTL products are dietary supplements, we do not accept returns for opened products or change-of-mind purchases.
If your subscription order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
